We all have our comfort zone.  Our wheelhouse.  Our SWEET SPOT. That place in our world where we feel most at home.  More than a place, or locale, it often refers to a skill set, knowledge base or activity – social, professional, athletic or artistic.  Our sweet spot can be any area where we thrive and feel most confident. It can be our vehicle for achieving positive, fulfilling, affirming outcomes.

First you must define your sweet spot in each area of your life that means the most to you.  Your social life, spiritual life, love life, professional life, and your relationships.   Once you have mapped your sweet spots, strive to expand them, make them broader and deeper.  The larger your sweet spot in any area, the more comfortable and confident you will be in all your endeavors.  As your sweet spot grows… the more enjoyable your life will be.

MANTRA 4 Men is a guide for expanding your sweet spot.  We hope to entertain and amuse along the way, but we also strive to expose, challenge, provoke, stimulate,  even to enlighten.  We will share ideas, artists, personal expressions, good things to help us get the most from this life as a man.
